• where you use our recommended third-party independent financial adviser(s) and/or legal services provider(s); and

• in the event you are required to provide personal data necessary for us to fulfil our anti-money laundering obligations 

Your personal data obtained through your submission of this online form will be retained by the New Homes Broker for no longer than necessary for the purposes of delivering our services to you, this includes:

• where you enter a contract with one of the third-party property developers for the purchase of a property, we will retain your personal data for up to 2 years following the completion date of your purchase; and

• in the event you provide us with personal data for anti-money laundering purposes, we will retain your personal data for 5 years in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations; and

• where you contact us for information about any properties, developments, or any of the services we provide, we will retain your personal data until the earlier of either of the following events:

1. you expressly request that we delete it; or

2. a maximum of 2 years following the date of the last contact you make with us.
